Get More Traffic With Social Networking

Got a Warning From Facebook.

I was going along asking people to be my friend on Facebook, and I got a warning about it being inappropriate behavior. I will have to try and be somewhat charming, witty and intelligent, and people will want to be my friend. That is so time consuming, I prefer the straightforward approach of just asking people to be my friend.

I will have to do some work over at Myspace this week. This will be a busy week of Social Networking. I will also want to do some work over at Acwriters.ning.com and Squidoo Marketing. I will have to straighten out my blogs at MyBlogLog as well. It is one big mess.

I have been busy over at Facebook I really do not have a presence there, but I am working on it. It is so tedious looking for friends at some of these social networking sites. I am hoping that if I can be friends with 15 to 20 people a day...oh, my god I will have to work harder than that. I have over 4600 friends at Myspace and over 900 followers at Twitter.
At Twitter, I had to stop following over 500 people! Why? Because Twitter has instituted a rule that you can no longer follow 2000 people than those that are following you. I therefore had to quit following 500 people, mostly those that were no longer active on Twitter.
I was also doing some social networking for my Associated Content writing at Ning.com. The summer will be spent doing quite a bit of social networking, so this is the start.

Social Networking is an invaluable method of getting traffic to your blogs and to your websites. I use social networking sites to get traffic to my blogs and to my writings.
I have found this to be very effective. My page per views have increased enormously over at Associated Content since I have been using social networking.
I also use social networking for our Fun Cool Collectibles online store. Our traffic and sales have been going up every year since I have been using social networking.
Squidoo is a social networking site that also drives a lot of traffic to my Associated Content page and to our Fun Cool Collectibles store. I also use Squidoo to obtain more followers over at Twitter.
